Begin with the smallest suitable size rather than assuming you need to use every plug in one session. Insert the tapered tip slowly and stop immediately if you experience pain or strong discomfort. Do not move to a larger plug until the current size feels manageable.
Keep the retrieval handle outside the body throughout use.
Clean the selected plug before and after use with the existing Raeven Cleanse Essential Sex Toy Cleaner, following the cleaner label and product care instructions.
Pay particular attention to the narrowed areas and the inside edges of each retrieval handle. Allow every plug to dry completely before returning it to storage.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any item where the inner seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the item is found to be faulty or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within the warranty period at customercare@raeven.co.uk or call 07498 287901 and we will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
