The Raeven website is owned and operated by Pi Blue (2026) Limited. Raeven and Ræven are trading names of Pi Blue (2026) Limited. By accessing our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

• Legal Entity: Pi Blue (2026) Limited (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). "You" refers to the user of this website - www.raeven.co.uk and subdomains - and/or customers of Pi Blue (2026) Limited and subdomains.

• Trading Name: Raeven.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Great British Pounds (GBP).

2. Age Restriction

Due to the nature of our products, you must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to use third-party age verification services and to cancel any order if we suspect a user is under the age of 18.

3. Privacy and Discreet Billing

We value your privacy.

• Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of "Raeven" or the contents on the exterior.

• Billing: To maintain your privacy, transactions will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "RVN RETAIL". By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this billing descriptor.

4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

• Exceptions: Please note that this right to cancel does not apply to products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once the seal has been broken after delivery.

• Process: To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at customercare@raeven.co.uk within the 14-day window.

5. Returns and Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, we strictly adhere to the following hygiene policy:

• Unused Items: We can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.

• Broken Seals: Once the inner packaging of a product has been opened or broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund unless it is found to be technically defective.

• Faulty Goods: If a product is "Dead on Arrival" or develops a mechanical fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact us immediately to arrange a repair or replacement.

• This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Once we have received the product back, if the item is deemed to be eligible for a refund upon return (as per this policy) we will process a refund within 3 working days. Alternatively we can provide a like-for-like replacement, dispatched within 1 working day, subject to stock and availability. Please note that refunds may take a total of up to 10 working days to reach your bank account, after we have received the returned item. 

6. Pricing and Payment

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway.

• No payment processing surcharge is applied at checkout. The full burden of payment processing fees and charges are absorbed by us.

7. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day, including Saturdays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or industrial action. Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pi Blue (2026) Limited shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service. All products are used at the customer's own risk.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
