  • Order Fulfillment: Including processing payments, arranging shipping, and providing invoices.
  • Communication: Sending order confirmations and abandoned cart reminders if you leave items in your basket.
  • Age Verification: We rely on a self-certification pop-up and our Terms & Conditions to ensure users are 18+. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect a user is a minor.

3. Third-Party Sharing and Security

We share your information with service providers to help us operate:

  • Logistics: Your delivery address is shared with our couriers for the sole purpose of fulfillment. Your delivery address may also be shared with Net1on1 for the purposes of fulfillment, in the case that all or part of your order is dispatched from their logistics warehouse. 
  • Infrastructure: Your data is processed through Microsoft 365 (email) and Cloudflare (web security and hosting).
  • Advertising: Realize/Taboola, JuicyAds and ExoClick may access limited data to help us serve relevant advertisements.

4. Your Privacy and Discretion

We understand the sensitive nature of our products. To protect your privacy, we practice:

  • Discreet Billing: Transactions will appear as "RVN RETAIL" on your bank statement.
  • Ultra-Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain outer packaging. There will never be any mention of "Raeven," the product contents, or "Pi Blue (2026) Limited" on the outside of the box or outer packaging.
  • Privacy of Intimate Preferences: We do not collect or store data regarding your specific intimate preferences or orientation.
