Where do your products come from?

Every single product stocked by Raeven is sourced exclusively from UK suppliers. This means faster dispatch, better quality control and a brand you can trust — proudly British, built for British men.

How long will my delivery take?

We dispatch all in-stock orders from our UK warehouse within 1 working day, including Saturdays. Standard tracked delivery typically arrives within 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

What is the difference between Raeven CORE and Raeven FJORD?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any item where the inner seal has been broken unless the item is faulty. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Free standard tracked UK delivery is automatically applied on all orders over £40 at checkout — no discount code required.
