Shipping Policy and Delivery Options

We offer exceptionally quick & efficient tracked home delivery, as well as the option to collect from a parcel pick-up point near you, if you prefer.

Unfortunately, we can only provide direct delivery of our products to the United Kingdom for now. Raeven is a proud British company and can only cater to customers who require UK delivery at this time.

All orders are dispatched domestically from within the UK. 

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and all other locations outside of the Mainland of Great Britain, please allow an extra 24-48 hours for delivery.

Delivery Timeframes and Pricing

'Standard' - 3 to 4-day delivery aim - £4.49 (FREE on orders of £40+)

'Swift' Express - 2-day delivery aim - £6.99

'Lightning' Next-Day - 1-day delivery aim - £7.99

Full order tracking included with all delivery options.

Deliveries may not be made on Sundays.

If you select a Pick Up option at checkout, your order will be ready for collection at your selected parcel pick-up point within 2-3 working days. Pick Up Point delivery is also free on orders of £40+.

 

Last Order Times

For the most efficient delivery, place your order by these times:

Monday to Friday - order by 2pm for same-day dispatch.

Saturday - order by 11am for same-day dispatch. Please note - your parcel may take 1 extra day, as delivery may not be carried out on Sundays.

Sunday - dispatched the following day.

Orders dispatched after these cut-off times will be dispatched as soon as possible the next day.

 

Ultra-Discreet Delivery Promise

We can guarantee that your order will not reference Raeven, nor the contents of the package, on the outer packaging. 

To provide your with an additional level of discretion, your transaction will be referenced ambiguously as 'RVN RETAIL' on your bank or credit card statement.

 

Parcel Forwarding Services

We are able dispatch orders to parcel forwarding companies, however:-

Raeven is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs to orders delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. If you report missing or damaged items, and we reasonably believe the order to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company, we will not be able to offer a replacement or a refund.

 

Product Dispatch Locations

In each product's Additional Information section, you can find the location that the item will be dispatched from.

While most of our products are dispatched from Raeven HQ, a small number of our products are dispatched from partner logistics warehouses to provide the most efficient service possible. This will be clearly stated in each product's Additional Information section.

While the aim to have your items delivered in the timeframe stated is unaffected by this, please note that for this reason, your order may arrive in 2 or more separate packages. These should usually arrive on the same day as each other, but please allow up to 24 hours between packages. If you have waited more than 24 hours for the entireity of your order to arrive since the first package, please check your tracking code if using Swift or Lightning delivery, or if not - contact us at customercare@raeven.co.uk and we will be there to assist.

Ultra-Discreet delivery is always provided as standard, with no mention of Raeven or the contents of your package on the outer packaging.

 

Delivery Partners 

We work with a variety of large, trusted delivery and shipping companies and you will be notified which courier will deliver your parcel once you have placed your order and it has been dispatched. This is so that we can always provide the most efficient delivery depending on your location. Soon after dispatch, we will send you an email with your tracking code so that you can be assured of your items location, right until it arrives at your door or chosen pick-up point.

NB: As always, although we are confident in our dispatch and delivery times, and we relay the consistent times stated by our delivery partners, we cannot accept liability should your order be delivered later than the timeframe stated - this is at the hands of our trusted couriers. Should the courier lose your parcel (as per shipping company information or tracking information), we will send you a replacement as soon as possible, free of charge - subject to product availability.
