Returns and Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, we strictly adhere to the following hygiene policy:

  • Unused Items: We can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • Broken Seals: Once the inner packaging of a product has been opened or broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund unless it is found to be technically defective.

  • Faulty Goods: If a product is "Dead on Arrival" or develops a mechanical fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact us immediately to arrange a repair or replacement.

  • This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Once we have received the product back, if the item is deemed to be eligible for a refund upon return (as per this policy) we will process a refund within 3 working days. Alternatively we can provide a like-for-like replacement, dispatched within 1 working day, subject to stock and availability. Please note that refunds may take a total of up to 10 working days to reach your bank account, after we have received the returned item.
