The 100ml bottle has an easy-use dispenser for controlled application without waste. It's paraben-free and waterproof, so it maintains its slip in wet environments.
The formula uses a clean silicone blend with no added fragrance or colourants. One important note: silicone lubricant is not recommended for us with silicone toys, as it can degrade the toy material over time. It's ideal for use with non-silicone toys, for body-to-body massage, or with condoms. xReturns Policy
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any item where the inner seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the item is found to be faulty or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within the warranty period at customercare@raeven.co.uk or call 07498 287901 and we will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Shipping
We dispatch all in-stock orders from our UK warehouse within 1 working day, including Saturdays. Standard tracked delivery typically arrives within 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
