How to Use and Store

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any item where the inner seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the item is found to be faulty or defective.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
