HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT THE LELO™ APP
- Before the first use, charge your F2S™ for 2 hours.
- Press and hold the power button to turn it on.
- Press the button to switch between 8 modes.
- Use the + and the – buttons to increase or decrease the intensity.
- Press and hold the button to turn off.
HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCT WITH THE LELO™ APP
- Before the first use, charge your F1S™ for 2 hours.
- DOWNLOAD THE IOS / ANDROID version.
- Press the button for 3 seconds to turn it on while activating the Bluetooth.
- All the LED lights will blink simultaneously, showing the Bluetooth pairing.
- Open the LELO™ APP and locate the toy icon at the bottom of the screen. Find your F1S™ V3 and select ‘’Connect’’. Press and hold the button on your device. Confirm the connection by pressing the button on your product again.
- Go to ‘’MY LELO TOYS’’ and select ‘’PLAY’’.
- Choose between three different regular modes- Manual, Screwing, Shaking or 2 additional advanced modes – Finish Me Off and Out of Control
- Use the Love Bridge feature to set up a private chat room with your partner
- Select ‘’SETTINGS’’ to set your device according to your preferences
- To save your settings for offline use, select ‘’SAVE’’ at the bottom of your screen.
- Use the drop-down menu to set the default auto power off from 10-20 minutes. You can check the battery level in the upper left corner.2

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any item where the inner seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the item is found to be faulty or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within the warranty period at customercare@raeven.co.uk or call 07498 287901 and we will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Shipping
We dispatch all in-stock orders from our UK warehouse within 1 working day, including Saturdays. Standard tracked delivery typically arrives within 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
